Daedo Electronic Scoring System
All Athletes will compete utilizing Daedo E-Hogu and E-Headgear for this tournament with included face guard for protection.
Athletes will need to have thier own Daedo E-Foot Guards for this tournament. E-Foot Guards may be purchased through your coach/master or you may order them online through www.tkdscore.com or www.daedotruescoreusa.com
Additional E-Foot Guards will be available to borrow for athletes division if necessary.

Tournament Format
All registered competing athletes will have specific report times for their respective divisions. Report times will be every 30 minutes. There is NO ENTRY to the competition floor unless competitor has been checked-in and moved to holding. Divisions and Report times will be posted at minimum of 2 Days prior to start of event.
Athlete Check-in and Division Procedure:
- Athlete will check in at staging/warmup area at their report time to collect credential, sign waiver and begin warm ups. Athletes will have 30 minutes maximum to check and do warmups before their division is moved to competition area for on deck division to compete. Any athlete not checked in before division is moved to competition floor will be Disqualified.
- All athletes will receive their E-Hogu and E-headgear at their ring. Athletes will need to have all of their required gear, including E-Foot Gear on before getting to the competition floor.
- Once previous division finishes athletes are then moved to the competition floor to sit and hold for active division. Once active division is completed they will be moved to sit ringside for their division to compete.
- All athletes will complete entire division, bow out and receive medals before exiting the competition floor.
Competition Format
Certified Referees and Medical Staff will be on hand during the entirety of this event.

Controlled Head Contact will be allowed via (Junior Safety Rules). All athletes will be using E-Headgear with included Plastic Face Protector for safety.
Coaches may challenge technical points on spin to body only. No technical points awarded to spin to head utilizing JSR rulings.

Round, Scoring and Division Format
- (2) 1 minute 30 second rounds with a 30 second break
- 20 point gap rule in effect after the first round.
- Coaches may only challenge for additional technical points on valid scoring spin to body only.
- All athletes will have a MINIMUM of 2 fights per division. Athletes winning their initial fight advanced to finals to fight for 1st and 2nd placing. Athletes losing their initial match will fight for Top 3rd and Bottom 3rd placing. Division Medals will be given out at completion of entire division 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd.

In-Person Spectating
Due to spacing constraints and tournament format we have specifc viewing areas for all parents and spectators. Please Read Below
Spectators who would like to sit inside during matches must purchase a wrist band. Spectators sitting inside may ONLY be inside during their child's ACTIVE DIVISION to watch competition. After division has completed then all spectators and athletes for that division must exit the facility.
Spectating Wrist Band: $10
Spectators may watch outside for FREE during active divisions. We ask that spectators only stay for their respective divisions to allow all others to have a proper viewing experience.
Spectators may watch watch Live Stream for Free inside next door at One Spot Nutrition located next to the check-in area. They have inside seating, food, drinks and will be streaming the competition throughout the entire day.
